LottieForge is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate, edit, and share Lottie animations. Our services include:

  • AI-generated Lottie animations from text prompts
  • Animation editing and customization tools
  • A marketplace for sharing and downloading animations
  • Personal animation library storage

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credit System

  • New accounts receive 10 free credits
  • AI generation costs 5 credits per animation
  • Marketplace purchases may cost credits as set by the seller
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Purchases

  • All credit purchases are processed through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and only for unused credits

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of animations you create using LottieForge. By publishing to the marketplace, you grant other users a license to use your animations as specified in your listing (free or paid).

AI-Generated Content

Animations generated using our AI tools are owned by you. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial projects. However, you are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

Our Content

The LottieForge platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access our services
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Publish animations containing copyrighted material you don't own
  • Use the service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes

7. Marketplace Rules

For Sellers

  • You must own or have rights to animations you publish
  • Provide accurate descriptions of your animations
  • Set fair and honest pricing
  • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner

For Buyers

  • Respect the license terms set by sellers
  • Do not redistribute purchased animations without permission
  • Report any issues or violations to us

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LottieForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated animations will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LottieForge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution
